Our adult ballet classes are conveniently scheduled on Mondays at Pontprennau Primary School from 7:30 to 8:30 pm, easy to fit into your weekly routine. Whether you're a complete beginner or a returning dancer, our supportive environment welcomes you exactly as you are.

Miss Danielle Emms is the founder and heart of En Pointe Theatre Arts. Registered with both the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, she brings exceptional expertise and genuine warmth to every single class. Her teaching is informed by anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, so every dancer builds safely and correctly.

Am I too old or unfit to start ballet?+
Absolutely not. Our adult ballet classes welcome complete beginners of any age and fitness level. Miss Danielle creates a supportive, non-competitive environment where you progress entirely at your own pace. There is no pressure and no performance targets.
Do I need any dance experience?+
None at all. Whether you've never danced a step in your life or you're returning after years away, you are very welcome. Every student starts exactly where they are.
What happens at the 2-week trial?+
You join the class as a normal student for two full weeks with no long-term commitment required. It's your chance to experience the teaching, meet the other students and decide whether it's right for you.
When and where are the classes?+
Monday evenings, 7:30–8:30 pm, at Pontprennau Primary School, Cardiff. A one-hour class that fits neatly into your working week.
