RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap, Modern Theatre, National Dance, Adult Ballet and PBT. Ages 2 to adult, including Tiny Ballet for pre-schoolers, at our Cardiff studios in Pontprennau and Llanishen.
A genuinely small school – every class is capped at 10 dancers.
September 2026 Timetable
From next year, the summer term will become our main exam term. This year, December is reserved for our Snow White production, so exam work is given additional preparation time.

Ages 2–4Ages 2–4
Tiny Ballet
Pre-school ballet on Saturday mornings. Imagination, play and first ballet steps in a 30-minute class built for toddlers.
RADFrom age 4.5 (Tiny Ballet from 2)
Ballet
Following the RAD syllabus from Pre-Primary through to Grade 4 and beyond, building technique, grace and artistry at every level.
ISTDFrom age 3
Tap
Rhythm, musicality and performance. ISTD Tap classes that are energetic, musical and technically rigorous for all ages.

Modern Theatre
Building strength, flexibility, creativity and performance skills through the ISTD Modern Theatre syllabus.

Adult Ballet
Discover the magic of ballet at any age. Monday open class and Thursday RAD Grade 4 at Pontprennau, welcoming complete beginners and returners alike.

Progressing Ballet Technique
Science-based supplementary training using Theraband and Swiss balls, developing core strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Creative Movement & Contemporary
Expressive, floor-based movement exploring creativity and self-expression through contemporary dance technique.

ISTD National Dance
ISTD National Dance exploring folk and national dances from across Europe and the UK. Welsh, Irish, English and Scottish styles building teamwork, confidence and cultural appreciation.

Body Conditioning
Strength, flexibility and postural awareness for dancers. A science-based class supporting all dance disciplines.
Vocational Division
A separate, full-time training programme for dancers aged 8 to 18 aspiring to a professional dance career. Available in person in Cardiff and online worldwide.
By audition only. Designed to be taken alongside home education or flexi-schooling for the daily training commitment a professional pathway demands.

Individual Lessons with Miss Danielle
En Pointe offers individual tuition for dancers who prefer personalised one-to-one learning. Private lessons are open not just to existing students but also to dancers from outside the school who want focused, expert coaching without joining group classes.
Whether you want to refine technique, prepare for an examination, work through an injury or simply explore dance at your own pace. Individual sessions are tailored entirely to you, and available in person in Cardiff or online worldwide.
