Professional Training.
Established in 2023 in Cardiff, South Wales, En Pointe Theatre Arts provides dancers with professional-standard training, delivering a balanced curriculum meeting the aspirations of our dancers. Students can participate in our recreational curriculum for dancers ages 2 through adult or our specialised high-performance vocational division for aspiring professional dancers ages 8–18.
Our vision is to build well-rounded, resilient dancers who are physically and mentally prepared to face any challenges they encounter. Our progressive approach is strongly supported by training that incorporates anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to cultivate elite technical foundations and maximise physical potential while minimising injury risk.

RAD & ISTD registered, PBT certified, and has completed her BA in Dance Education at the Royal Academy of Dance.

Five days of intensive training for ages 6–14. Daily ballet, contemporary, body conditioning plus tap, jazz, Irish, choreography and acting. Max 10 dancers.
